How does it work?

To use BlueVoIP, you simply connect your telephone to your high-speed Internet connection using the analog telephone adapter (ATA) that we provide to you. A broadband connection with at least 256 kbps download speed is required. Your new BlueVoIP service can be fully functional within minutes after you receive the ATA, and your telephone will work exactly as it did before.

When you make a call with BlueVoIP, the ATA routs your voice over the internet by changing it into data. Our packet-switched network forwards your call to its destination and translates it back to voice, so that the person on the other end hears the same sounds as they would with any other call. Similarly, when you receive a call, your phone rings and you answer the call as you always have. Your phone number can stay the same, but your bills will decrease. It's that simple!
